Since the tournament this past Saturday, I've managed to stay at 200 lbs, which I'm very happy about. I'm thinking that my new goal is 190 lbs over the next couple of months as the first 10-12 lbs were very easy to lose, the next 10 shouldn't be all that hard. I've changed my diet a bit, not much, but a bit. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables now, and have started running (in addition to classes) again. As I sit on my butt all day long at work, it feels good to sweat.
